I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm also a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, Women's Health Specialist and I am TRX Suspension Training Certified.
My personal story began with a major weight loss transformation of my own. With personally going through the ups and downs of weight loss and accomplishing new fitness goals, I have a special connection with clients.
I have been there and I personally know how tough the journey to loving your body can be! In the end it is so much more than your weight on the scale! You need a trainer that can help you not only in the gym but guide you through life outside of it!
With my specialization and years of experience I have helped so many clients not only transform their bodies but change their lives! I've helped clients overcome injuries, fix their posture, manage their nutrition, lose weight, gain muscle, be positive and more! Most importantly I've helped countless people finally love their bodies and I've educated them to train it correctly!
Services
Private 1-on-1 Training sessions are available for 1 hour or 30 minute time slots! Group training sessions are available for 2-3 people for 1 hour time slots! All Private and Group Training sessions are custom designed to your body and your goals! I also host bootcamp classes weekly, these sessions are HIIT style large group workouts and typically hold 10-15 people per session. These sessions will be posted on social media platforms weekly. Private Bootcamps for private groups, companies and parties are available upon request! Nutrition coaching is included in all private training services.
