I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm also a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, Women's Health Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and I am TRX Suspension Training Certified.
My personal story began with a weight loss transformation of my own over 10 years ago. With personally going through the ups and downs of weight loss/gain and accomplishing new fitness goals, I have a special connection with clients.
Now, after two pregnancies and lots of learning in-between, I personally know how tough the journey to loving your body can be! In the end it is so much more than your weight on the scale! You need a trainer that can help you not only in the gym but guide you through life outside of it!
With my specializations and years of experience I have helped so many clients not only transform their fitness but change their lives! I've helped clients overcome injuries, fix their posture, manage their nutrition, lose weight, gain muscle, be positive and more!
Private 1-on-1 Training sessions are available for 1 hour/ 45 minute / and 30 minute time slots! Group training sessions are available for 2-3 people for 1 hour time slots! All Private and Group Training sessions are custom designed to your body and your goals! I also host small group classes weekly, these sessions are HIIT style large group workouts and typically hold 4-6 people per session. Private Bootcamps for private groups, companies and parties are available upon request! Nutrition coaching is included in all private training services.
