Save money with a monthly package! Private 1 on 1 Training session for 1 hour, 4x per month All Training is personalized to you based off your initial assessment. Included with your training is weekly check ins, workout notebook, access to private training group, nutritional guidance, macro plans, discounts on challenge groups and more! All training is individualized and tailored to you based on your assessment! Training sessions are non-transferable for this reason, you may not share or gift your personal sessions to others. This excludes gift card purchases. Training sessions are non-refundable and all training session packages expire within 6 months of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact trainer directly for all cancelations as soon as you can, trainer has the right to charge for all cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment.
