Create a change in just 6 weeks! This plan is for you whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been lifting for a while and just want a detailed plan to follow! This 6 week course focuses on total body weight training. You will be lifting 3 days a week during this plan. You will need access to a gym or have a good amount of weights at home. Looking for cardio? Pair with my 6 week couch to 5k program or add 2-3 days of your own cardio in addition to these scheduled strength days! This is a pre-guided program that works with an app you can download - you’ll be able to check in with me personally each workout and will receive guidance when you are in need! Injured? Worried about joining a “one size fits all” strength plan? No worries, reach out to me about private online training or in person sessions. I’ll be happy to help!
