About

This challenge was created for clients to have an option while I’m away the next 12 weeks on my maternity leave! This challenge can be combined with a cardio program - can be done at the gym or at home with the appropriate weights and can be customized to fit your schedule if the provided days don’t work for you! The design is 3 days of strength a week / 2 days of dedicated cardio / and 2 dedicated recovery days too! You are encouraged to track your food if weight loss is a goal and you can send that to me weekly for suggestions and advice - but it’s important to note that weight loss doesn’t have to be your goal! Strength can be the goal and also just overall staying active while I’m away can be the plan too! I’ll be available through weekly check ins and also through email while on maternity leave but please keep in mind I will be on leave and response times may vary! This is a very free to customize and alter plan due to that!
